How many pounds of muscle can i possibly build with no extra body fat in 3 months?

i want to know how many pounds of muscle i can possibly build in 3 months with no extra body stout. i lift weights and then go swim for an hour for cardio.swimming builds muscle and also burns stout right??what else do you recommend i do to add muscle mass but no extra body stout.also muscle burns body stout right? so how many pounds of muscle do i need to build to lose 1% body stout. thnx for all your help.

    i could be incorrect dude but i reckon it’s impossible. And 1 more thing, any stout percentage below like 6 is perilous for the body, I always have to watch out.
