What is the best food that you can loss pounds from?
Also, what is the best workout rutine? I really want to lose wieght.

Best food? Natural foods but drink lots of water. Workout? Try streching and doing yoga or gymnastics.

There is no such single food that will allow you to lose weight, unless it’s extremely low in calories and extremely low in nutrition as well.
Eat properly but simply don’t eat as much is the best solution. Reduce the amount of carbs but don’t eliminate them. Eat more green, leafy veggies, lean meats, fresh fruits and heart healthy oils.
Then do lots of cardio.
You’ll then lose the weight.
