Hi,
so.. im 14 nearly 15..
and i like to work out.. i have a nice body im not stout at all…
and i found a very excellent workout for every muscle
except abs, and id like to have excellent abs
kind of like Randy Orton
does anyone have any excellent workout rutine to get those?

OK, well i need a workout that can make me work for at least an hour! I can only stand running for like 10 minutes and then i’ll quit. Workout tapes are fine, i need somthing at home. Just give me a workout rutine that lasts an hour. *thanks*

i just recently lost my gym membership and i needed a place to workout so i got all this hand me down gym equipment (a bench curl bar and a set of dum bells) and im not sure how to make a full workout rutine out of this im a junior in high school im about 185 lbs and 5′9″ maybe 5′10″ so if anyone could help me out itd be fantastic. ( iv been working out for a few years now so i can handle just about anything plus iv been playing rugby and football for awhile) oh and im a guy if anyone was wondering haha just makein sure you know that

Wednesday: Day off
Thursday: Shoulders, legs, abdominal muscles, and cardiovascular exercises (45 minutes)
Friday:Day Off
Saturday:Back, Taps, Lats, and Cardiovascular exercises (15 minutes)
Sunday:Biceps, triceps, abdominal muscles, and cardiovascular exercises (30 minutes)

I am wanting to lose about 20 lb. i am 5′10 and 168 lb. im starting to eat health.. and working out weights and cargio at the gym so far lot 5lb but i want to know if anyone has a excellent rutine that they do. like what kind of arm and leg work out to they do.
im a women, so if women have a work out for our distress spots

well i play running back and i need to get quicker but how can i get quicker?
well im 15 and im a freshmen and i want to get quicker and stronger
