I am about 5 9” and I want to build up some more muscle on my arms and try to get ripped abs. Everyday I run a mile (roughly) and try to do at least 300 sit ups. Any suggestions? Also, about a day or two after I work out, my acne gets worse. Does anyone know how to help me? I have a Weider VKR Dip station fitness bench too.

I need some exercises (preferably weight lifts) that will help build muscle mass. I need to gain more weight for football and I certainly need more muscle mass to increase that weight.
I’m a teenager just overcoming obesity and trying to renew myself for the year. For the sports I play, I want to build muscle, yet keep myself from becoming too huge. I’m not too knowledgeable of helpful tips and workouts, but I certainly want to build muscle in my upper body and torso. My lower body is perfectly sculpted due to football. From workouts to certain types of supplements, I want to build muscle preferably before April–or Spring Break.
What supplements would i need? what wouldn’t i need? I know that it’s hard to build muscle if you do cardio but I want to build up on both of those. Would carb shakes and whey help cancel out the carbs lost. Please provide as much information as you can. It will be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I have no access to a GYM and only own a pair of dumbbells. I want to build upper body muscle but I don’t have all those fancy equipments. All I do is pushups and lift those dummbells. Is there any excersise or helpful method for me to build up muscle with significant results? Thank you.
