Product Description can anybody make a workout rutine out of hand me down gym equipment?Tuesday, February 9th, 2010i just recently lost my gym membership and i needed a place to workout so i got all this hand me down gym equipment (a bench curl bar and a set of dum bells) and im not sure how to make a full workout rutine out of this im a junior in high school im about 185 lbs and 5′9″ maybe 5′10″ so if anyone could help me out itd be fantastic.
