I usually just do situps on the floor with my legs crossed in the air with hands on the back of my neck, and I try to run as well. Is situps better than running, and/or is it the best possible workout for the abs?
I want to buy work out equipment but I do not have room for all those different pieces of equipment. What one machine can I purchse that will tone me up in all the right places? Especialy my abs?
