I have lost a lot of weight over the past few years, yet I still have body stout still on me. Like on my arms, chest and on my sides. I lose weight by exercising but I have yet to do weight training. If I were to start weight training, how long would it take to see the stout go away and how many times a week should i weight train to get the absolute effect?

I just want to start working out to lose some weight and gain some muscle. What supplements are best for this? becasue im seeing my best results. a lot of people said after a week of resting they came back stronger but i once took off 3 days and felt much weaker. waht is my best option. keep my regular rutine? only cardio? complete rest? light weight training?

I’m confused. When bodybuilding, you should have lots of carbs since building muscles require a lot of energy (more than 40 g of carbs). Muscles lose stout and has fantastic metabolic rate than stout. But, people suggest low carb diet in order to lose stout which contradicts weight training. What’s going on? How many carbs is needed to lose stout when you do weight training?
