Is this a good Workout rutine if i eat healthy with alot of calories and protien as i want to add muscle.?

Tuesday: Chest, back, abdominal muscles, and cardiovascular exercises (30 minutes)
Wednesday: Day off
Thursday: Shoulders, legs, abdominal muscles, and cardiovascular exercises (45 minutes)
Friday:Day Off
Saturday:Back, Taps, Lats, and Cardiovascular exercises (15 minutes)
Sunday:Biceps, triceps, abdominal muscles, and cardiovascular exercises (30 minutes)
