I have gained weight over the years and finally chose to hit back to the gym. I am looking for a routine either circuit training, free weights or a combo of both to get the best workout.

What are some excellent workouts to build overall body muscle, i don’t have much time on my hands to to train each individual part, so i need something that will work for multiple parts of my body.
All i own is a dumbell and barbell set. Any other effective tips to build overall muscle would be much appreciated thanks.

I plotting to join a gym soon. Just wanted to know more about body building.
I was wondering how body building helps build muscle? Is it because of the heavy weights or because of the food we eat due to all the workout?

Hello. I’m 6′3 and I weigh 198 pounds. I have a small bit of a gut and thin arms. I’ve started lifting weights and drinking protein shakes to build muscle.
How can I effectively build up my arms and legs but at the same time lose the weight around my mid-section?
Don’t the protein shakes make me gain weight?
I also do two days of hard cardio and I work my abs hard during my lifting sections.
Anyone have a excellent plot to build muscle and lose a small weight at the same time?
