Home workout to decrease body fat and show my sixpack?

Im not overweight or anything, im quite ideal and fit in terms of weight. But its hard for me to get my six pack to show.
I know that while training my abs, i also need to do cardio on the side to try and get rid of body stout. Im avoiding quick food and sugary drinks or snacking, but i just cant avoid eating white rice or white bread.
In summary, im avoiding sugary drinks, fats, and too much carbs.

exercise for my abs once every two days. Afterwards i would do burpees for cardio (since burpees also train my pecs)
Anyone have better thoughts for home cardio workouts? or a better ab training rutine
